Workflows no longer working

Workflows are no longer running. I have a workflow that should trigger when a new product is created in the Product table. It doesn’t work either when creating the product manually or via the API (GraphQL). I have opened a support case, but you are not back until tomorrow?

Are anyone else having the same issue?
