Hi! I didn’t want to create a post in forum, but sadly I have to. I have to warn others: for months lookup fields and rollup fields and functions using them don’t update and work properly if you are using smartsuite as your datasource. As of now it can’t even sync nor naturally nor via forced sync. Support can’t do anything about it, atleast in our case.. for months. It just doesn’t work. ( Plan = Business)
Hey @Dmitry_K - this is surprising to us, as we have a huge number of customers using Lookups, rollups and formulas both in Noloco and in Smartsuite without any problems.
In the last 2 months we released a huge change to how those fields are calculated in Noloco (not related to SmartSuite calculations) and this resolved almost all issues the small number of customers affected by this bug
If you can detail exactly what’s not working for you (and the edge case that is missing) we can probably tackle it.
